The Economic Confidential, an online economic magazine discovered that some pages of the website were defaced by a user named 'Navid Karimi' without giving his true identity and reasons for the attack. READ

From the table of net disbursements, the highest recipients are from the oil producing states with Akwa Ibom receiving N17.4bn, Rivers N15.7bn, Delta N9.6bn, Bayelsa N5.5b.
